According to the Twitter handle, the Motorola Razr 50 launch will take place on September 9, 2024. In addition, a dedicated microsite has been found on the Amazon India website, confirming its availability via the e-commerce platform. Moreover, the upcoming phone will also be made available via other leading e-commerce sites and the official Motorola India website.

Motorola Razr 50 price starts at CNY 3,699 (approximately Rs 43,712) for the 8GB + 256GB model in China. The 12GB + 512GB variant costs CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs 47,257). As per the Amazon India website, Motorola Razr 50 will sport a 3.6-inch external pOLED display with a resolution of 1066×1056 pixels, a peak brightness of 1700nits, and SGS Eye protection. The flip phone is teased as the only flip phone in the segment with Gemini AI assistant. The foldable handset will be IPX8-rated water-resistant and ship with Moto AI features. As far as the inner display is concerned, the Motorola Razr 50 will get a 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED screen with a resolution of 2640×1080 pixels.
The foldable phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X SoC coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. For optics, the Motorola Razr 50 will sport a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary lens and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. The inner display will get a 32MP snapper for clicking selfies and video calls.
