Infinix has officially launched the Zero 40 5G smartphone in the global market. Infinix Zero 40 5G has been introduced along with the Zero 40 4G model under the Zero 40 Series. Infinix Zero 40 Series succeeds the Zero 30 5G smartphones. The Infinix Zero 40 5G phone has a 108MP primary lens, a 5,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging support, and more.

Infinix Zero 40 5G is priced at MYR 1,699 (approximately Rs 32,898) for the sole 12GB + 256GB variant. It will be offered in three colors- Moving Titanium, Rock Black, and Violet Garden. The handset is now available in Malaysia across leading retail outlets.

Infinix Zero 40 5G supports 4K video shooting at 60fps, whereas the 4G model supports 2K video recording at 30fps. Additionally, the smartphone gets a dedicated GoPro mode, which enables integration with a GoPro camera for more controlling shooting modes. The GoPro Quik app comes pre-installed with the Zero 40 5G device.
The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support and 20W wireless charging. Infinix Zero 40 5G runs on Android 14-based XOS 14.5 UI. The company has promised to offer 3 years of security updates and two Android version upgrades.
